BTD Consulting, born from a desire to help organizations and ultimately help clients, is built on a strong foundation of exceptional academic training fused with real world experiences in both provider and payor settings. Possessing a unique combination of extensive quantitative and writing expertise plus a deep understanding of the structure and function of provider organizations, BTD Consulting maintains a commitment to excellence, integrity, and objectivity.

A solo practitioner-led consulting business, owner Cara Renzelli, PhD, MBA spent 30 years working in settings and within roles that impact directly both clients' clinical success and providers' bottom lines. • Functioned as a lead evaluator on 4 multi-year federally funded projects

• Prepared and presented over 20 professional presentations at local, state, and national conferences
